Start saving time and making informed decisions effortlessly. on Tracktown Fitness, a free program that trains at Hayward Field. It noted W90 mile record-holder Colleen Milliman, who told of her goal to set a WR in the 800 at the Hayward Classic. Well, there she goes again. Last weekend, at 91, she crushed the listed WR of 6:57.56 by fellow Yank Betty Lindberg in 2016. Colleen clocked an amazing 5:44.50 — more than a minute faster but more in line with the age curve. The WR party continued with W70 Sharon Gerl of the Oregon Track Club running a mile in 6:38.30 and bettering the listed WR of 6:47.91 by the legendary Jeanne Daprano in 2007. And M90 William Platts threw the javelin a 28.56 meters (93-8) to improve the listed WR of23.87 by Finland’s Helge Lönnroth. Meet organizers also credit an America W40 record in the 3000 walk to Lydia McGranahan with her 15:11.94 in a mixed-sex race. Did you know that diflucan comes in different forms to suit your unique needs? From capsules to oral suspension, we’ve got you covered! But Olympian Joanne Dow has a listed AR of 12:45.05 in all-female competition. So gimme a break. Joanne’s the best. See Hayward result here. Hundreds of great photos are here.
